Senior Respiratory Therapist

Sentara is currently hiring a Senior Respiratory Therapist. This is a Full Time position with Night shift hours. Hours will be 7PM-3AM. Position is located in Norfolk, VA at Sentara Leigh Hospital.

Sentara Leigh Hospital is a Magnet Status , 250-bed facility featuring all patient-friendly private rooms and specializing in orthopedic, gynecological and urological services. Sentara Leigh offers a contemporary care environment for general medical/surgical and ambulatory services and is home to the orthopedic hospital, which has 48 beds dedicated to specialized orthopedic care. The hospital offers a full-service Emergency Room with a dedicated observation unit, Critical Care, GI, and Oncology services. It also encompasses a Family Maternity Center.

Required Qualifications:

Education

• Associates, Respiratory Therapy degree required.

Certification/Licensure

• State Respiratory license

• NBRC RRT

• BLS required at time of hire..

Experience

• 2 years Respiratory Care experience required
