Senior Retail Operations Manager

About the Role:
Graines de Chamane Organic & Herbal Products W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Retail Operations Manager to oversee multi-branch retail operations, product positioning, and customer experience within the organic and herbal products sector in Kuwait City. This role focuses on optimizing store performance, ensuring brand consistency, and driving revenue growth across retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Operations Leadership: Oversee daily operations across multiple retail outlets
• Store Performance Management: Monitor sales, KPIs, and operational efficiency across branches
• Inventory & Merchandising: Manage stock levels, product displays, and organic product positioning
• Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
• Process Optimization: Improve retail workflows, reduce waste, and enhance profitability
• Supplier Coordination: Work with organic product suppliers and distributors
• Team Leadership: Manage store managers, supervisors, and retail staff

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in retail operations, preferably in organic, FMCG, or wellness products
• Skills: Strong leadership, sales management, and operational expertise
• Education: Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with organic, herbal, or health-focused retail products
• Leadership: Ability to manage multi-branch retail teams and operations
