Position: Senior Retired Officer – Logistics & Admin
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

About the Role

We are seeking a retired senior officer with rich experience in logistics, supply chain, and administration to support our company’s day-to-day operations. The candidate will provide strategic guidance, oversee compliance, and ensure smooth functioning of administrative and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Manage administrative functions such as office coordination, vendor management, and facility management.
  • Guide and train internal teams on compliance with logistics and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain effective liaison with customs, port authorities, and government departments (as required).
  • Support management in policy implementation, decision-making, and process improvements.
  • Handle escalated operational and administrative issues with expertise.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Retired senior officer from Logistics/Customs/Defence/PSU/Administrative services.
  • Minimum 15–20 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or administration.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and ability to mentor younger staff.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation, compliance, and vendor management is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹14,922.97 per month
