Role Overview

We are seeking two Senior Risk Managers to support a prestigious long-term engagement in Riyadh. This role will focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating contractual, legal, and operational risks across high-value engagements. The successful candidates will play a critical role in protecting organisational interests while enabling informed decision-making across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse contracts to identify legal, operational, commercial, and compliance risks
• Conduct deep-dive risk assessments covering:
• Liability and indemnity clauses
• Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Exit and termination clauses
• Force majeure provisions
• Dispute resolution mechanisms
• Develop and maintain key risk artefacts, including:
• Risk Registers
• Risk Heat Maps
• Risk Mitigation and Treatment Plans
• Risk Assessment and Executive Reports
• Provide clear, actionable risk insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with legal, commercial, and operational teams to ensure risks are appropriately understood and managed
• Support governance and assurance activities in line with best practice

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in senior risk management, ideally within large, complex or regulated environments
• Strong background in contractual and commercial risk assessment
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear recommendations
• Confident stakeholder engagement at senior and executive levels
• Arabic and English language capability strongly preferred
