Senior Road Design Engineer

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Road, or Transportation Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in road and infrastructure design projects.
• Strong technical expertise in Civil 3D, Google Earth, and road design applications.
• Hands-on experience in flexible and rigid pavement design in accordance with international standards (e.g., AASHTO).
• Proven experience in geometric road design, culverts, interchanges, and flyover structures.
• Effective communication skills, strong team collaboration, and ability to perform under tight project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engineering specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender-related documentation.
• Perform flexible and rigid pavement design in compliance with recognized international codes and standards.
• Design geometric layouts, access roads, and internal road networks, including culverts, small bridges, interchanges, and flyovers for infrastructure and power plant projects.
• Prepare material specifications and technical documentation for civil works.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of civil engineering drawings and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and respond to technical site-related queries.
• Provide technical support to proposal and procurement teams during tender preparation and evaluation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support project teams in addressing technical queries raised by clients and owner engineers during construction activities.
• Contribute proactively to project execution within a cross-functional engineering environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
