Senior Robotics & Mechatronics Engineer (Software, Hardware & App Development)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Robotics & Mechatronics Engineer with strong expertise in software development, hardware integration, and mobile/desktop application development using the latest technologies.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in designing complete robotic systems — from embedded hardware and PCB design to AI-powered software and app-based control platforms.

This role requires a multidisciplinary professional capable of building smart, connected, and scalable automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced robotic and mechatronic systems
• Develop embedded systems and integrate sensors, actuators, and motor controllers
• Design PCBs and hardware architecture for robotics applications
• Develop firmware for microcontrollers and embedded processors
• Build desktop, web, and mobile applications to control and monitor robotic systems
• Implement AI, machine learning, and computer vision in robotics solutions
• Integrate IoT connectivity, cloud platforms, and real-time data systems
• Optimize system performance, safety, and reliability
• Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of both hardware and software
• Prepare technical documentation and system reports

Required Technical Skills:Software & Programming:

• Strong proficiency in C, C++, Python
• Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System)
• AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Computer Vision (OpenCV)
• Embedded Linux development
• Real-time operating systems (RTOS)

Hardware & Embedded Systems:

• Microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, Arduino)
• Embedded boards (Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson)
• PCB design (Altium, KiCad, Eagle)
• Motor drivers, servo systems, and motion control
• Industrial sensors and automation components
• PLC programming

App & Cloud Technologies:

• Mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, Android, iOS)
• Web dashboards (React, Angular, Node.js)
• IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, MQTT)
• Cloud integration and API development
• Bluetooth, WiFi, and 5G connectivity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on industry experience
• Experience with autonomous systems or industrial automation
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity in connected devices
• Experience with smart manufacturing or Industry 4.0 solutions
