Define and implement RPA analytics framework including KPI, dashboards and reporting standards
Ensure alignment of analytics reporting with business objectives and automation roadmap
Provide actionable insights to improve Bot efficiency and identify opportunities for scaling automation
Lead a team of data analysts ensuring quality delivery of RPA analytics and reporting services
Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within RPA function
Stay updated with latest Industry practices in intelligent automation, performance monitoring and analytics tools
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Power BI).
Strict adherence to HBL Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, office timings & attendance disciplines, and mandatory training requirements.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor / RPA Management.
Maintain and optimize data models and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and performance.
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Computer Science / Data Science / MIS / Business Administration
3 - 7 years of experience in banking industry with a minimum of 5 years in Business Analytics & Reporting (Prior RPA experience will be preferred)
Proficient in utilization of BI tools such as Power BI
