Senior Data Analyst

RTW Creation, a Hand Bags Manufacturer and E-commerce store based in Karachi, is looking for a talented & motivated Data Scientist. As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to create usable datasets.
• Apply statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms to build predictive and prescriptive models.
• Conduct data exploration and visualization to identify trends and patterns in the data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data models and make necessary improvements.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business processes and customer experiences.
• Work on data-driven projects related to sales forecasting, customer segmentation, and product recommendation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies.
• Continuously improve data quality, data integrity, and data security practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a data science role or a similar position.
• Proven track record of applying data science techniques to solve real-world problems.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R and/or SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
