Senior RPA Developer

🎯 What You'll Be Doing


🏗 Architect & Build at Scale Lead end-to-end design and development of robust UiPath solutions custom activities, API integrations, and enterprise-grade automations that actually move the needle.

🏥 Automate Healthcare Identify and automate critical workflows across EMR/EHR systems , claims, prior auth, eligibility, and patient operations. Your bots will replace hours of manual work, every single day.

🔍 Discover & Design Partner with stakeholders to spot automation opportunities, write clean technical specs, and run rigorous code reviews building a culture of quality.

🚢 Deploy & Maintain Own testing, deployment via UiPath Orchestrator , and ongoing maintenance. Your work doesn't stop at "it runs" it stops at "it scales."

📐 Set the Standards Shape RPA governance, reusable components, and best practices that the rest of the team will build on. Mentor junior developers and grow the next wave of automation talent.

🏥 Healthcare Fluency Strong understanding of healthcare operations, data standards ( HL7, FHIR ), and HIPAA compliance . You understand why these matter — not just what they are.
💻 Technical Range Proficiency in Python, Java , and modern automation tools ( Playwright, Selenium and NoDriver ) because the best RPA developers think beyond the platform.

🧠 Problem-Solver Mindset Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You explain complex automations to non-technical stakeholders without dumbing them down.

📜 Certification UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiRPA) preferred.
