Missions & Activities
The Senior Sales & Marketing is responsible for defining, driving, and overseeing the business strategy to develop marketing opportunities and implement sales plans aimed at increasing company revenue and market share.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Establish annual sales and gross-profit plans by forecasting, setting regional sales quotas, and projecting expected sales and profit for current and new products.
- Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Gather, analyze, and summarize market data and trends to prepare management reports and support decision-making.
- Report regularly to the General Manager on sales performance, market development, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate both sales and marketing teams to ensure company operational goals are achieved.
- Set sales targets and allocate quotas to sales teams.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and recommendations to improve productivity and results.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales and marketing staff to meet performance and human resource objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of targets.

- Recruitment, training, and development of sales and marketing personnel.
- Preparation and submission of sales and marketing budgets.
- Continuous monitoring of sales performance and implementation of corrective actions where required.

Qualifications Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
Experience:

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
