Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Senior Sales Agent to lead our sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

We are looking for someone with Abu Dhabi real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Experience in CRM tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
