Kofana Digital is looking for an experienced and high-energy Senior Sales Account Manager. The primary function of this role is to develop long-term relationships with customers and oversee sales.
The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell.
Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.

A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is required.

Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Good team player with demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing goals together with team.

Customer oriented with good negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.

It’s Great if you Have

SaaS or IT Software sales experience is a plus.

Experience with a CRM tool is plus.
Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure long-term success.

Develop positive relationships and promptly handle the customer’s requirements.

Build trust-based, value-added relationships with customer's C-level decision makers and stakeholders in order to create, drive, and close opportunities.

Build a valuable and convertible pipeline of potential new logo projects.

Meet with clients to discuss goals, objectives, and needs.

Negotiate contracts of products and services with the client.

Establish and build relationships with SFDC Account Executives to help leverage our expertise to obtain leads/referral.

Meet and exceed all quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
