Position Overview
The Senior Sales Account Manager handles primarily national and global accounts and may oversee sales personnel within the same office. This role is responsible for driving high-level revenue growth, managing complex client relationships, and providing leadership to the local sales team to ensure alignment with BELFOR's global objectives.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of primary national and global accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Oversee and mentor sales people within the same office, providing guidance on sales strategies and professional development.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at the corporate level.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large-scale commercial and industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with regional and national leadership to align local sales efforts with broader company initiatives.
- Conduct high-level presentations and negotiations for complex service contracts.
- Ensure all sales activities and client interactions are accurately documented in the CRM.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market analysis reports to senior management.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
- Extensive experience in sales and account management, specifically handling national or global accounts.
- Proven track record of leading or managing sales teams in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of the restoration, construction, or environmental services industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel nationally and globally as required to service major accounts.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel via various modes of transportation (air, car) for extended periods.
- Frequent use of computer and mobile devices for communication and reporting.
Occasional site visits to client locations, which may require walking or standing for periods of time.
