Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager with a proven track record in software sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive client acquisition, account management, and long-term relationship development. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of technology-driven business solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and new business development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the software and IT solutions market.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive positioning, and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure client satisfaction and business profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product offerings to client requirements and market demands.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Accurately manage sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM software and reporting tools.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Mandatory: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in software sales or IT solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, account management , and customer relationship management (CRM) .
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English (very good proficiency required).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
