Responsibilities
  • Identify leads or opportunities for all LoBs across assigned accounts to achieve sales targets, engaging in opportunity assessments with input from relevant LoB Managers.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive information for reporting purposes, tracking the status of each opportunity or lead.
  • Report opportunity assessments for joint projects to the manager, contributing to decision-making processes with the steering committee.
  • Develop new client relationships and acquire new accounts in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Manage communications and resolve issues related to assigned accounts.
  • Respond to client inquiries and correspondence promptly.
  • Generate sales opportunities across the country within assigned accounts, aligned with sales targets.
  • Participate in bidding decisions for country-level opportunities alongside the Sales Manager, Country Manager, or CCO, based on the DOA.
  • Follow up with COM and Project Managers to monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor profit/loss status of country projects and liaise with LoBs for financial performance insights.
  • Oversee client proposals, order processing, and cash flow management.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers as needed.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress reports on assigned accounts to the relevant Sales Manager.
  • Update CRM with all opportunity and account information.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Presales team to develop market and pricing strategies.
  • Schedule follow-up visits to ensure project smoothness and client satisfaction.
  • Engage with old clients to generate new opportunities and maintenance contracts.
  • Support industry knowledge development through participation in virtual SIGs.
  • Coordinate with Presales to stay updated on LoB portfolios and new solutions/products.
