Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Sales Administrator to support and oversee sales operations within our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sales administration processes, ensure accurate documentation, and act as a key point of coordination between clients, the sales team, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full sales administration cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all documents.
  • Prepare and review sales agreements, booking forms, reservation documents, offers, and client records.
  • Supervise and support junior sales administrators, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage CRM data, update client information, and track leads, sales progress, and pipeline status.
  • Coordinate with clients to arrange meetings, viewings, and follow-ups, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with finance, marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Monitor and track payment schedules, collections, and required documentation submissions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, company policies, and RERA standards.
  • Support sales events, project launches, and promotional activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in sales administration, preferably within a real estate developer or brokerage firm.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, sales procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
