Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong manufacturing background to lead our sales and marketing function in India. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in B2B industrial/manufacturing sales, with the ability to build distribution networks, manage large clients, and drive growth. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong leader who can align sales, marketing, and business development to achieve the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development (40%)

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for manufacturing and industrial sector clients.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in target industries.
  • Manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Lead negotiations and close large-scale manufacturing supply contracts.
  • Drive year-on-year sales growth and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.

Marketing & Branding (25%)

  • Design and implement B2B marketing campaigns (digital + offline).
  • Manage product positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at manufacturing expos, trade shows, and technical events.
  • Develop marketing collaterals, case studies, and product presentations to support sales.

Client Retention & Expansion (15%)

  • Ensure 90%+ client retention through strong account management.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Team Leadership (10%)

  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of junior sales & marketing executives.
  • Build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and growth targets.
  • Provide continuous coaching to improve sales productivity.

Strategic Planning & Reporting (10%)

  • Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly reports on sales pipeline and marketing ROI.
  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing/business /marketing; MBA preferred.
  • 6–10 years of sales & marketing experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial products sector.
  • Proven ability to develop distribution channels and B2B client acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and industrial sales cycles.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range (India): ₹8 – 12 LPA (based on experience & expertise).

Office Timings:

  • Mon-Fri: 04:00 PM IST - 01:00 AM IST (2nd & 4th Sat off)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
