Senior Sales Associate

The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience, achieving individual and store sales targets, and representing Titan World’s brand values through professional selling and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable watches and accessories.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Titan’s brand standards.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across watches, wearables, and accessories.
• Assist in visual merchandising and ensure product displays meet brand guidelines.
• Handle billing and transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic housekeeping.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Gross Salary: Rs. 20,958 per month

Take-Home: Rs. 19,000 per month (after all statutory deductions like PF & ESI)
