We serve as the vital link between global technology vendors and a diverse regional customer base. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the "broad thinking" necessary to navigate complex supply chain dynamics.

The Role

As a Sales Coordinator at Sectech, you aren't just an order-taker; you are the engine room of our sales operations. You will manage the entire lifecycle of a sale—from the moment a customer expresses interest to the final delivery. This role requires a master multitasker who can balance technical precision with top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management: Process Sales Orders (SO) with high accuracy, ensuring all customer requirements and pricing agreements are met.

Procurement Linkage: Raise and manage Purchase Orders (PO) to vendors, ensuring our inventory levels align with market demand.

The "ETA Expert": Proactively track shipments, manage customer expectations regarding Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), and provide consistent, transparent updates.

Vendor Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with global vendors to verify stock availability, negotiate lead times, and expedite urgent requirements.

Reporting & Analytics: Generate "Sell-Out" reports and sales summaries to help management identify trends and inventory needs.

Problem Solving: Navigate logistics delays or stock discrepancies with a "broad thinking" approach—finding solutions before they become problems for the customer.

Qualifications

Experience: 2–4 years in sales coordination, logistics, or distribution (IT hardware/spare parts experience is a major plus).

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in ERP software and advanced Excel skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages common in the MEA region are a bonus.
