Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close sales for exhibition booths, sponsorships, and branding opportunities
  • Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing exhibitors and corporate clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Achieve monthly and event-based sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth exhibition execution
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in exhibitions/events sales (mandatory)
  • Strong B2B sales, business development, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities
  • Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
