Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales for exhibition booths, sponsorships, and branding opportunities
- Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Manage and grow relationships with existing exhibitors and corporate clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and event-based sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth exhibition execution
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in exhibitions/events sales (mandatory)
- Strong B2B sales, business development, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
