HIRING: Full-Time Remote Sales Executive (E-Commerce Agency)

Salary:

• Base Salary: 150,000 PKR
• Commission: 20,000 PKR per closed sale

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Working Hours: 8 PM – 5 AM PKT (US Time Zone)

We’re looking for a full-time Sales Executive to join our fast-growing eCommerce CRO & Design Agency.

This is NOT a high-pressure “closer” role.

We are NOT looking for rockstars, egos, or job jumpers.

We want someone who is:

About The Role

You will be handling qualified inbound calls from eCommerce brands who request a free landing page or CRO audit from us.

Your job is straightforward:

• Join the demo call
• Present our landing page concepts or competitor breakdowns
• Understand the client’s needs
• Follow our structured script
• Close one-time projects or monthly retainers
• Maintain follow-ups inside our CRM

You do NOT need to be a sales “shark.”

You do need to be clear, confident, and consistent.

We will handle all the training, all the presentation decks, scripts, pipeline management, and call structure.

You just follow the process.

Compensation

• Base Salary: 150,000 PKR
• Commission: 20,000 PKR per closed sale
• Monthly bonuses based on performance
• Income grows as your close rate improves

This is a stable, long-term, performance-driven role.

Requirements

• Fluent English (neutral or near-neutral accent preferred)
• Experience in sales, customer service, or eCommerce is a huge plus
• Must be comfortable on Zoom
• Must be comfortable with US time zone hours
• Must be committed to long-term work (no job hoppers)
