Senior Sales Closer – Web Apps & Software Solutions

Job Overview
Jetnetix Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Closer to convert incoming leads into long-term clients for our web applications, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, AI-powered solutions, and custom software services.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in client communication, software requirement understanding, sales closing, and onboarding clients through chat, calls, and meetings.

Since most of our leads come from Fiverr, Upwork, referrals, and inbound inquiries, the ideal candidate should know how to communicate professionally, build trust, understand business requirements, and confidently close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads into paying clients through chat, calls, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Understand client business requirements and recommend the most suitable software solution
  • Handle client communication across Fiverr, Upwork, email, WhatsApp, Zoom, and other channels
  • Conduct discovery calls and requirement gathering sessions with prospects
  • Prepare and present project proposals, timelines, and commercial discussions
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and expectations professionally
  • Build trust and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure clear requirement understanding before onboarding
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of newly closed clients into project workflows
  • Identify upselling opportunities for AI solutions, SaaS systems, mobile apps, automation, and additional features
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads and inactive prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, deals, and client progress

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales closing, software sales, or client dealing in IT services
  • Strong understanding of custom software development, web applications, SaaS platforms, CRM/ERP systems, or AI-powered solutions
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in handling international clients through chat and calls
  • Strong ability to understand client pain points and convert them into business opportunities
  • Experience with Fiverr, Upwork, or freelancing marketplaces is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and close deals with minimal supervision
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling web applications, SaaS, CRM/ERP, AI software, or mobile applications
  • Experience conducting Zoom or Google Meet sales calls
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and project scoping
  • Ability to qualify serious prospects and avoid time-wasting leads
