We are seeking a Senior Sales & Concept Designer in Islamabad to lead design-driven sales initiatives and deliver tailored solutions to our clientele.
Role Overview
The Senior Sales & Concept Designer combines strategic sales expertise with advanced design skills to provide personalized furniture solutions. This senior role involves mentoring junior designers, managing high-value client projects, and ensuring that Enza Home’s design and brand standards are consistently delivered.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation & Conceptual Design
- Meet high-value clients to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, and spatial requirements.
- Develop advanced furniture concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations tailored to client needs.
- Present design solutions, proposals, and pricing to clients with professionalism and clarity.
- Advise clients on materials, finishes, and furniture functionality to optimize satisfaction.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales through consultative selling and strategic upselling.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining premium client service.
- Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to the growth of Enza Home’s market share.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and guide junior Sales & Concept Designers to enhance design quality and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and operations teams to streamline project execution.
- Provide feedback on product improvements based on client insights and market trends.
Market & Trend Awareness
- Stay updated on furniture design trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs.
- Propose innovative design ideas and concepts aligned with Enza Home’s brand identity.
Project Coordination
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Product Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in furniture design, interior design, or sales with design consultation; experience in luxury or premium segments preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior designers and guide project teams.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused with excellent presentation skills.
