Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Consultant, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property acquisitions, analyzing market trends, developing marketing strategies, and conducting property evaluations. The role demands maintaining client relationships, negotiating deals, and coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate consulting, market analysis, and property evaluations
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Ability to develop effective marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification in real estate is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
