The Project

A large-scale residential development comprising of mixture of luxurious homes, commercial zones and high-end schools surrounded by large green spaces and landscape.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Preparing and executing contract documentation, warranties, bonds and licenses.
• Administering construction contracts and ensuring compliance with terms.
• Valuing completed work, managing variations, and maintaining cost control.
• Producing and presenting post-contract cost reports to clients.
• Evaluating claims and negotiating final accounts to safeguard outcomes.
• Leading and coaching cost consultants and professional teams.
• Driving process improvements and delivering transformational change.
• Building strategic relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Relevant middle east experience.
• Degree qualification.
• Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent).
