This is an opportunity to join a growing team of experienced founders, engineers, product owners, sales consultants, conversational designers, and customer success specialists.


The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.


Your Responsibilities

  • Discovering new markets and opportunities that align with Exairon's growth strategy
  • Build Exairon’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling Exairon’s solutions by leveraging a value selling approach
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
  • Provide high-quality outbound outreach to prospective customers by phone, email, Linkedin and other channels
  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead
  • Full-funnel sales execution from outreach to closing.
  • Conduct presentations and sales demos with prospects
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Development groups to ensure the customer receives maximum value throughout the lifecycle
  • Establish and maintain a relationship with customers to grow accounts and expand customer base
  • Log activities and pipeline progression to our CRM system

  • Sales experience in a SAAS startup, a software technology company or any Customer Experience technology/services
