Primary Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential investors or clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and institutional investors.
  • Understand client needs, financial goals, and risk appetite to provide tailored investment solutions.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Promote and sell investment products and services, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, portfolio management, and other financial instruments.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Monitor financial markets, economic trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide clients with insights and advice based on market analysis.
  • Stay updated on new investment products and regulatory changes.
  • Advisory & Consultation
  • Advise clients on investment options, portfolio diversification, and risk management.
  • Prepare and present investment proposals, financial reports, and performance analyses.
  • Assist clients in achieving financial objectives through appropriate investment planning.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all investment dealings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and investment portfolios.
  • Coordinate with internal compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work with portfolio managers, analysts, and other internal teams to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
  • Provide regular sales and performance reports to management.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to business development initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time
