Job Purpose

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to manage and develop strong relationships with key clients. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize strategy.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Individuals with experience in B2B Enterprise Solution Sales.
  • Experience with companies in Logistics, Shipping and IT.
  • 5-7 years of experience of Solutions and Technology selling.
  • Arabic speaking is mandatory for stakeholder management and building relationships with clients across KSA.
  • Candidate should be based in Riyadh.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
