We are hiring Senior Sales Coordinator / Planner who will be responsible for sales planning, forecasting, and coordinating order execution to ensure timely delivery to customers. This role will work closely with the sales, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure smooth end-to-end sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning & Forecasting

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and input from the sales team.
  • Monitor sales performance versus targets and provide regular reports to management.
  • Identify demand patterns and recommend adjustments to inventory and supply planning.

Order Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate between the sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Track all customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring commitments are met.
  • Maintain updated order status reports and proactively communicate delays or issues.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are available as per the sales plan.

Inventory & Delivery Management

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Work with logistics to plan and schedule deliveries efficiently.
  • Ensure all sales orders and delivery documentation are accurate and complete.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate regular reports on sales forecasts, order fulfillment, and delivery performance.
  • Analyze sales data to support management decisions on product planning and customer demand.

Customer Coordination

  • Support the sales team in responding to customer inquiries related to product availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate planning and timely follow-up.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales coordination, planning, or order management within a trading or distribution environment (preferably fast moving products in trading company).
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
