Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support to customers, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes conducting client meetings, preparing technical proposals, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating closely with the sales and engineering teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications

Experience in Sales of Hydraulic Components and system to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Strong Technical Support skills with the ability to provide effective solutions to customer challenges

Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service orientation to build trust and maintain client relationships

Problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of hydraulics and associated technologies

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Prior experience in industrial equipment or hydraulic product sales is a plus
