Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company’s light gauge steel structure building solutions.


  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, large general contractors, and key clients.


  • Identify new business opportunities in the building construction market.


  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the design and commercial teams in KBS


  • Provide technical presentations and support to clients.


  • Achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or architecture engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in technical sales / business development / project tendering / civil or architectural design, within a large building contracting group or a property developer
  • Strong knowledge of building solutions and project management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.
