Job Objective:
To drive sales of generator solutions by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and providing technical sales support across corporate, commercial, and industrial segments. The role requires a strong understanding of power solutions, load requirements, and client needs to effectively propose suitable generator systems and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for generator solutions through market outreach, client meetings, and industry networking.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth within the generator division.
- Conduct site visits to understand client power requirements and recommend suitable generator solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates in line with customer requirements and project specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Provide technical product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, production, and after-sales service to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies in generator and power solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and customer records.
- Support the sales team in resolving technical queries and providing product knowledge when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups and after-sales coordination.

Education
- Minimum 16 years of Education (Engineering-Electrical Engineering (preferred)
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in technical sales of generators, power solutions, or related equipment
- Experience dealing with corporate, commercial, and industrial (C&I) clients will be preferred.
Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per hour
