Summary
Manage the entire sales process for a specified region, including identifying and building relationships with customers. Work with stakeholders in identifying and developing channels and opportunities.
Essential Functions

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet annual growth targets, manage sales pipelines, and secure profitable orders.

Client & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, pro partners and end-users; act as the primary technical contact.

Technical Expertise & Solutioning: Provide in-depth product knowledge to tailor solutions, present technical proposals, and support design phases to ensure product specification.

Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and order negotiations.

Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to provide feedback and enhance market position.

Reporting: Track sales metrics, provide regular forecasts, and report performance to management.

In conjunction with distributors, be involved in the development of sales plans based on market data, set KPIs and measure progress against the business plan.

Proactively identify and vet potential market opportunities, including upcoming projects and opportunities and work with customers to target and win those opportunities.

Clearly communicate the business and products’ value proposition and be able to confidently stand behind the product.

Identify potential training and product information needs and assist in coordination and delivery of training and seminars to pro partners and other stakeholders.

Ensure service excellence to our clients: Work with all internal departments to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.

Identify product gaps and assist with introduction of new products when required.

Prepare sales, forecasts, Consultant, Contractor and Developer reports and other reports on a regular basis.
Required Education & Experience:

Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.

3-5 years successful experience in a similar industry in Saudi Arabia

Preferred Education & Experience:

HVAC experience in KSA market, knowledge of company products will be added value

Transferable Iqama and valid Saudi driving license
