Job Summary
The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth in the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors by developing strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company’s specialized insulation and technical solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge, sales acumen, and experience managing complex industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the
Oil & Gas and industrial sectors
.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and partnerships to expand market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and key decision-makers.

Promote and specify the company’s products and solutions to meet technical and project requirements.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to support project development and close deals.

Collaborate with internal
technical, engineering, and operations teams
to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

Prepare and submit detailed
sales reports, forecasts, and business plans
to management.

Ensure customer requirements are met in compliance with company standards and policies.

Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and industry engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
.

Minimum
5 years of experience
in
technical or industrial sales
, preferably within the
Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or heavy industry sectors
.

Proven success in project-based sales and client relationship management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong business development and strategic thinking capabilities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong understanding of
industrial insulation systems, mechanical applications, and project specifications
.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, tenders, and engineering documents.

Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and
CRM systems
(Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

Fluent in English and Arabic
(spoken and written).

Capable of managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel frequently across Egypt and internationally for business meetings and project coordination.
