Business Development & Sales
- Own the full sales cycle in the assigned region: prospecting, qualification, technical presentation, quotation, negotiation, and closing
- Develop and maintain a regional sales pipeline
- Identify and pursue project opportunities in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and Vision 2030 mega-projects
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers: electrical consultants, EPC contractors, developers, and government procurement offices
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings (minimum 3–4 client visits per week)
- Track and report pipeline activity, forecasts, and competitive intelligence through CRM (Odoo)
Technical Sales & Solution Design
- Understand customer electrical distribution requirements and translate them into TEPCO product solutions (LV PRISMA panels, MV switchgear, substations, services)
- Prepare and present technical proposals with product specifications, single-line diagrams, and commercial terms
- Collaborate with the Engineering team (KSA + Egypt CoE) on technical submittals, BOMs, and design clarifications
- Support the quotation process: prepare pricing worksheets, coordinate with the estimating team, and deliver quotes within the 24–48 hour target turnaround
- Conduct product presentations and technical seminars for consultants and contractors
- Provide technical support during project execution to maintain client satisfaction
Market Intelligence & Prescription
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and project pipelines
- Identify specification opportunities: work with consultants to include TEPCO/Schneider products in project specifications
- Provide regular market reports to the Sales Manager including competitive analysis, pricing benchmarks, and opportunity mapping
- Track project announcements, tender notifications, and mega-project timelines in the assigned region
Account Management
- Manage existing client relationships and maximize repeat business and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure timely collection support by coordinating with Finance on receivables within the assigned accounts
- Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues by coordinating with the Services team
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in Odoo CRM
Regional Focus
Riyadh Region (Position 1)
- Coverage: Riyadh and central region including Qassim and Hail
- Key targets: government projects (ministries, education, healthcare), Diriyah Gate, Riyadh Metro extensions, ROSHN developments, industrial city expansions
- Key relationships: Saudi Electricity Company (Central), Royal Commission, major Riyadh-based EPC contractors
Eastern Province (Position 2)
- Coverage: Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail, and surrounding industrial areas
- Key targets: Saudi Aramco projects, SABIC facilities, Jubail Industrial City, petrochemical sector, Royal Commission for Jubail
- Key relationships: Aramco approved vendor lists, petrochemical EPC contractors, industrial facility operators
Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
