Senior Sales Engineer (Water Pumps)

We are looking for a highly driven and technically sound Senior Sales Engineer with 2–10 years of proven experience in selling water pumps and pumping systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing project-based sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales of water pumps and pumping systems to contractors, MEP consultants, developers, and end-users in the residential and commercial segments.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities through market intelligence and networking.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to project specifications.
• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business development strategies.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, including system selection, sizing, and technical clarifications.
• Maintain updated records of sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the application engineering and service teams to ensure proper product selection and client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demands.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• 2–10 years of experience in sales of water pumps or pumping systems in the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of booster sets, submersible pumps, transfer pumps, and related systems.
• Proven experience in project-based sales with established client contacts in the residential and commercial segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with local regulations, tender processes, and consultant approvals.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic design or pump selection software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
