Senior Sales Executive

Identify and target potential B2B clients for business setup, trade license, visa, and financial management services.

Conduct outdoor sales activities to generate leads and build a strong client base.

Perform telesales activities to follow up on leads and close sales.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable agreements.
  • Close sales deals efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the immigration and visa services sector.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing support, information, and guidance throughout the visa application process.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and visa procedures for various countries.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in immigration policies, visa regulations, and market trends across different countries.
  • Mentor and train junior sales staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.

Required Skills

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a service-based industry (e.g., business setup, trade license, visa, and financial management services or a similar consulting role).
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge of Visa & Immigration Processes: A strong understanding of the visa application process for various countries is highly desirable.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think critically and provide solutions to complex client challenges.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: A proactive and results-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the immigration, visa services, or legal services sector.
  • A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in a leadership or senior sales role is highly valued.
  • Specific Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of immigration processes, visa requirements, and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
