- Mentor and train junior sales staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client management.

Required Skills
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a service-based industry (e.g., business setup, trade license, visa, and financial management services or a similar consulting role).
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
- Negotiation & Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of Visa & Immigration Processes: A strong understanding of the visa application process for various countries is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think critically and provide solutions to complex client challenges.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: A proactive and results-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the immigration, visa services, or legal services sector.
- A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
