Senior Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with strong communication and negotiation skills to drive business growth and maintain long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of proven experience in sales, target achievement, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client base.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for lead conversion and customer retention.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
