Experience: Minimum 1 Year in —

Life Insurance / General Insurance / Health Insurance / CASA Sales / Banking Sales / Broking / Stock Market / MR

• Job Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets through direct and agency channel business.

Identify potential customers and explain suitable insurance solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business.

Guide and motivate team/agents to achieve their goals.

Handle customer queries, provide service support and ensure policy renewals.

Participate in marketing and promotional activities for business development.

• Skills Required:

Good communication & presentation skills.

Strong sales & negotiation ability.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude.

Knowledge of insurance products and financial markets preferred.
