Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Professional to promote and sell IT software solutions. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business leads in targeted industries.
• Present and promote software products to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare sales reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in selling IT software products (HRMS/CRM/Payroll preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
