Position Overview:
The Senior Executive – Sales will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company's logistics services. This role involves meeting sales targets, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics services, including air, sea, and road freight.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Targets: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics services and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
