  • Generate and manage leads for room rentals, property sales, and home bookings.
  • Conduct site visits, property showings, and client meetings.
  • Explain property features, pricing, and terms to potential clients.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
  • Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, and sales in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate/hospitality preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel
