We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to support our sales operations within the joinery and wood manufacturing industry. The role focuses on managing client accounts, generating new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, fit-out, and joinery sectors.
  • Manage existing client accounts and maintain regular communication to support ongoing projects.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and project estimations.
  • Coordinate with the production, design, and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events when required.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support the overall revenue goals of the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and follow-ups.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in joinery, interiors, or construction materials.
  • Strong knowledge of joinery products, fit-out materials, or related manufacturing processes.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Work Environment
This role involves office-based work with regular client meetings and occasional site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
