Key responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication, addressing concerns, and providing excellent service.
- Sales and negotiation: Present company products and services, conduct demonstrations, negotiate prices and terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market and competitor analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify trends, and stay informed about competitors.
- Reporting and analysis: Create sales reports, track performance metrics, and use data to identify areas for improvement and inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments like marketing and product development to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer needs.
