Senior Sales Engineer – Pumps (Teral Pumps)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer with strong expertise in pumps and pump systems. The role involves identifying new customers, delivering tailored solutions, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business in residential and commercial pump markets.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Stay updated on pump technologies and industry trends.
• Work with engineering teams to design customer-focused solutions.
• Prepare proposals and lead contract negotiations.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Achieve annual sales targets of 3–5M AED.
• Provide technical support before and after sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven technical sales experience in the pump industry.
• Strong knowledge of pumps and related equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, pump selection, and MOC
