We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales of raw bulk materials, building materials, and abrasives, with strong market knowledge and the ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales and revenue goals.
- Identify and secure new clients through proactive market research, field visits, and relationship building.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals in alignment with company policies and profit goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in raw materials, building materials, abrasives, or related industries.
- Proven ability to develop new business and achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong market knowledge of construction and industrial materials.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
