We seek an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential customers and maintain regular contact to build sales opportunities.
- Deliver clear and informative presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term growth.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets while tracking progress and sharing regular updates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience (Real Estate sales background is highly valued and will be prioritized).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and client management best practices.
- Professional, target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms to manage and track client interactions.
- Good understanding of local market trends and customer behavior.
