We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful closures. This role requires active client engagement, site visit coordination, and end-to-end sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, manage, and convert sales leads through calls, site visits, and follow-ups
- Handle walk-in clients and provide detailed project presentations
- Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close deals efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and documentation teams for smooth sales closure
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle high-value clients and close deals independently
- Good knowledge of real estate projects, pricing, and market trends
- Comfortable with site visits, client meetings, and field work
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset

- Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects
- Strong local market knowledge
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
