Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the industrial products and packaging materials segment
  • Identify new business opportunities, prospect potential clients, and convert leads into long-term accounts
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, product) to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance reports
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in industrial product sales (minimum 3 t 4 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of packaging materials and industrial supply chains
  • Demonstrated success in business development and key account management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
