Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the industrial products and packaging materials segment
- Identify new business opportunities, prospect potential clients, and convert leads into long-term accounts
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, product) to ensure customer requirements are met
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance reports
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial product sales (minimum 3 t 4 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials and industrial supply chains
- Demonstrated success in business development and key account management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
