Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth in our courier service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the courier industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new sales opportunities in the courier and logistics industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients to close deals.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Develop strategies to increase customer retention and drive repeat business.
• Train and mentor junior sales team members when required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the courier, logistics, or service industry.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
• A result-driven attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
